BAKE-103 Basic Cake DecoratingCredits 4 / 4 Contact Hours Pre-requisite: Placement into RDNG-016 (ACSR-016). The study and production of advanced pastry decorating and design. Students will learn the intricacies of detailing cakes and the different decorating techniques for events including specialty cakes wedding cakes and marzipan molding.
