This program is an interdisciplinary program that combines traditional courses from various disciplines in ways that cultivate a broad base of leadership skills. This program enables students to develop and refine their leadership philosophies and behaviors. The ability to employ an enriched understanding of leadership and leadership strategies will enable graduates to market their talents, create job opportunities, network and collaborate with others to be productive citizens.
