This program is designed to allow the student to begin their path as a prep cook, banquet cook, station chef or line cook. The Certificate in Professional Cooking is designed for the individual that wishes to build core skills that will allow them to enter the food service industry and begin the process of pursuing their career track or for the current culinarian that would wish to validate their foundational skills in a professional environment to continue to rise toward their professional goals.
