FMG.-202 Food Service Organization and ManagementCredits 3 / 3 Contact Hours Pre-requisite: Placement into ACRD-090, ACRD-091 or ACRD-092, completion of ELAP-110 with a minimum grade of 2.0, or successful completion of ACRD-080. Pre-requisite: CULA-100 This course is designed for students interested in management positions in the hospitality industry. Management and supervision planning organizing staffing control leadership directing marketing and other tools to aid an effective manager are addressed.
