COMN-174 Advanced Network AdministrationCredits 3 / 3 Contact Hours Pre-requisite: Placement into RDNG-016 (ACSR-016); COMN-164. NOTE: Student must provide own storage device. This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to configure, support, and administer a Windows server operating system. Topics will include installing a domain controller on a Windows server operating system and the configuration of DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, share permissions, and networking printing in a Windows server environment. This course will also provide partial preparation for a Microsoft industry certification exam.
