FMG.-202 Food Service Organization and ManagementCredits 3 / 3 Contact Hours Prerequisite: Placement into RDNG-030 (ACSR-030) or successful completion of RDNG-016 or ACLT-074 with a minimum grade of 3.0 or completion of RDNG-016 . Prerequisite: CULA-100 This course is designed for students interested in management positions in the hospitality industry. Management and supervision planning organizing staffing control leadership directing marketing and other tools to aid an effective manager are addressed.
